What You Will Do:
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and error correction.
- Build and maintain quantum software stacks using Python, C++, and Qiskit.
- Lead technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap and prototype development.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype quantum solutions that leverage superposition and entanglement for predictive modeling.
- Translate quantum physics concepts into robust, scalable software architectures.
- Perform research to identify practical use cases for quantum advantage in finance and logistics.
- Integrate quantum modules with classical deep learning pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and contribute to internal white papers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python and C++.
- Hands-on experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) or access to real quantum hardware.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for distributed computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
