- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment and governance
- Create predictive models for quantum advantage timelines across industries
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction techniques
- Proven track record of scaling quantum algorithms beyond NISQ limitations
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and optimization methods
- Certification in quantum hardware architecture (e.g., Rigetti, IonQ)
- Experience securing venture funding for quantum AI initiatives
