Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum machine learning models achieving quantum advantage
- Create fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Drive innovation in quantum neural networks and generative AI models
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (QAOA, VQE, Grover's variants)
- Proficiency in quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in complex systems architecture and distributed computing
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for multi-dimensional optimization challenges
