Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive, multi-year strategic plan for AI integration, anticipating emerging trends in AGI, edge computing, and synthetic data.
- Lead Technical Vision: Collaborate with the C-suite to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and product innovations.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee pilot programs for next-generation models, ensuring scalability, safety, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for AI initiatives, presenting technical proposals to investors, partners, and internal leadership.
- Global Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier talent, building high-performing engineering teams focused on futuristic technologies.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global AI landscape to identify disruptive technologies and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and distributed computing architectures.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead, with a track record of turning speculative concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to execution.
