Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting billions of concurrent interactions.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for real-time inference on edge devices and high-performance cloud environments.
- AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric 2026 products.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented machine learning engineers and researchers in their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU-accelerated frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering production-grade software.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
