Responsibilities
- Architect the Vision: Design and implement the core AI architecture for Project 2026, focusing on scalability, security, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and best practices for deep learning models, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of advanced neural networks, specifically in the areas of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and UX designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.
- R&D: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends, open-source frameworks, and hardware accelerators to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or principal engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Specialization: Proven track record in deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive technical decision-making in a dynamic environment.
