Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with low-latency inference.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI to align with our 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the AI division.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of models for efficiency, memory usage, and real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on machine learning and deep learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
