What You'll Do:
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) fine-tuned for specialized enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI, implementing robust guardrails and compliance measures.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical strategy within the AI division.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with hands-on experience deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
