Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level technical strategy for AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with the 2026 product vision.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of senior data scientists and AI engineers.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the research and deployment of state-of-the-art models, focusing on efficiency and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for executives and product managers.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
