We are looking for a visionary Principal AI Architect to lead our research and engineering teams in building the foundational models that will define the human-machine symbiosis of the future.
In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be defining the roadmap for artificial general intelligence (AGI) applications in a real-world environment. You will collaborate with quantum computing experts, neuroscientists, and UX designers to create systems that are not only powerful but ethical and intuitive.

Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the architecture of proprietary neural networks designed for the 2026 rollout, focusing on low-latency inference and high-throughput processing.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models with hardware accelerators and legacy systems, ensuring robust scalability.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives and ethical standards.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and iterate on core algorithms to validate hypotheses and drive product innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with Rust or C++ for high-performance computing is highly desirable.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from concept to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
