Responsibilities

- Model Development: Oversee the development and deployment of large-scale neural networks and generative AI models.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards and best practices for AI/ML engineering within the organization.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure model latency and throughput meet enterprise-level requirements through rigorous optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and RAG architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
