Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate recommendations.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in reaching targets through effective communication and product demonstrations.
- Store Operations: Keep the sales floor organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to management to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
