Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering detailed questions, and providing recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and credit payments with precision.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform light inventory management and restock merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and training.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (10 kg) occasionally.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required.
