Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product knowledge expert: Understand and demonstrate features and benefits of merchandise to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash handling procedures.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to meet company standards.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
