Responsibilities
- Reception Management: Greet and welcome guests warmly, answer multi-line phones professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and manage the company's digital and physical filing systems.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and send reminders to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Client Relations: Maintain a professional front desk appearance and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and employees.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supply levels, order necessary materials, and perform basic maintenance tasks to keep the workspace organized.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and timely communication of messages and information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
