Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Handle customer inquiries via email or in-person with patience and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the shift rotation.
