Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with professionalism.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible evening shifts.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.
