Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while answering inquiries about products and services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Assist with cross-selling bank services and refer customers to specialists as needed
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Train on digital banking platforms and assist customers with mobile/online services
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
