Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for in-person transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Process account openings, transfers, and routine banking inquiries with precision
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business preferred
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
