Responsibilities

- <li>Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.</li>
- <li>Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.</li>
- <li>Assist in maintaining branch security and adhering to all banking compliance regulations and internal policies.</li>
- <li>Collaborate with the branch team to cross-sell banking products and meet daily sales goals.</li>
- <li>Perform daily cash balancing and reconcile transactions at the end of the shift.</li>

Qualifications

- <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.</li>
- <li>Strong basic math skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
- <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
- <li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (bank equipment).</li>
- <li>Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.</li>
- <li>Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.</li>
