Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle daily cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve account issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Product Sales: Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant banking products such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of all transactions and reconcile daily cash drawers to ensure accuracy.
- Account Management: Assist in opening new accounts, verifying identity documents, and updating customer information.
- Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies to prevent fraud and ensure safety.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling is preferred but not mandatory for our Trainee program.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
