Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Open new accounts and assist in loan applications under the guidance of senior staff.
- Monitor cash drawers and perform daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of banking products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required for trainees.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
