Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict adherence to security and audit protocols.
- Open new customer accounts and assist existing members with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and identifying sales opportunities.
- Assist with maintaining branch cleanliness and ensuring the lobby is welcoming and organized.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software quickly.
