Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide exceptional service and product information.
- Participate in structured, paid training programs to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to share best practices and support collective goals.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
