Responsibilities
- Participate in and successfully complete the 4-week paid training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings to track performance metrics and receive coaching.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and develop professional sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
