- Complete all required paid training modules and certifications within the set timeline.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track and document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and succeed.
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
