Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the local Illinois market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face and digital interactions.
- Attend and actively participate in daily and weekly training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for client retention and acquisition.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
