As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue and building relationships with our valued clients. This is a unique chance to start a long-term career with a competitive salary structure.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings to introduce our products and services to new clients.
- Needs Analysis: Listen to customer needs and recommend the best solutions to meet their requirements.
- Training Compliance: Actively participate in all training sessions and workshops to ensure you meet company standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to optimize sales strategies.
- Feedback Implementation: Apply feedback from management to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Digital Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to a full-time schedule.

- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to the Fresno, CA area.
