Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email during night shifts.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and product inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the training team to master company products and services.
- Meet or exceed daily performance and quality assurance metrics.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required for remote options).
- Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
