Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet weekly performance goals.
- Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote/hybrid).
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
