Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night operations.
- Process orders and transactions accurately using our proprietary CRM systems.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with morning shift teams to ensure seamless daily workflow transitions.
- Document customer feedback and update account information to maintain data integrity.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup is preferred.
