Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Computer: Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
