Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week paid training covering IT fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1 support for internal and external clients
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software systems
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in after-hours rotation (1 week/month)
- Contribute to IT security compliance initiatives
Qualifications
