Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general filing, document scanning, and database management.
- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and other business documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.
