Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Manage incoming calls and emails with a professional demeanor, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and routed to the correct department.
- Administrative Support: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, handle mail distribution, and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Record Keeping: Perform accurate data entry and file management to ensure our digital and physical records are up-to-date.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions, including setup and logistics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
