Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex cases to management when necessary.
- Input and maintain accurate customer data and records within our CRM system.
- Communicate product information and policy details clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40 WPM minimum).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (office role available).
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
