Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally during weekend shifts.
- Process Orders: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM software.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex matters to the senior team.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with new information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Training Compliance: Complete all mandatory training modules and attend weekly team meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: None required. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must have reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
