Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (full training provided on-site).
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but experience is a plus.
