Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain warehouse standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in packaging and labeling products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize productivity and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory and logistics needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable and have a good attendance record.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
