Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient sorting, packing, and shipping of merchandise and packages.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to ensure accurate tracking.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to log data accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology quickly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and using warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
