Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Perform basic clinical tasks under supervision (EKG, specimen collection)
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
- Respond to patient calls and ensure safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
