Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision (vital signs, mobility assistance, hygiene)
- Monitor patient status and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with medical equipment operation and sterilization
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR systems
- Support emergency response protocols during night shift coverage
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary—training provided!
