Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone and chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using remote diagnostic tools.
- Document detailed interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while providing temporary workarounds.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Willingness to undergo a paid training program to acquire new technical skills.
