As a Night Shift Specialist, you will be the voice and face of our brand, assisting clients with technical troubleshooting and service inquiries. We are looking for reliable, empathetic, and quick-learning candidates to join our 24/7 operation.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and chat requests regarding technical products and services during the night shift.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and solutions using our internal knowledge base.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log all customer interactions and issue resolutions into the CRM system.
- Escalate Complex Issues: Identify when a situation requires senior management or engineering support and facilitate the handoff.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to call handling time standards.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required as we provide training.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using web browsers and email.
- Reliability: Must be able to work consistently during the assigned night shift hours.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
