Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (if remote).
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6 PM - 3 AM or 11 PM - 8 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
