Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers via phone or email during peak night hours with inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of daily operations and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.

Qualifications
