Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding orders and inquiries.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the time constraints of the night shift.

- Assist with inventory control and stock verification tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
