Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
