Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Process orders and resolve customer complaints efficiently during the night shift.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
