Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify process improvements.
- Attend daily shift briefings and complete required training modules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
